Description of Practice:  A boutique law firm providing sophisticated legal services throughout California in (i) facilitating numerous sale transactions for assets, equity interests, and/or related real estate or lease transactions, and (ii) general business counseling.  The experienced selling counsel is willing to continue working with the purchasing counsel during a transition period (and possibly longer) for work flow assistance, mentoring, and introductions with numerous referral sources for retention of the goodwill of the practice. The law firm is strongly committed to practicing with integrity and based on Christian principles.

Experience/License Requirements for Purchasing Counsel: A California licensed attorney with prior experience in both negotiating and document drafting for: (i) asset/stock/real estate purchase/sale transactions, and (ii) general business counseling .  Accounting knowledge is preferable and very useful.  A particular location in California is not required for purchasing counsel, as clients are scattered geographically throughout the State of California.

The Purchase Price is based on a multiple of average yearly net income of the practice over the last 2 years.  The law firm runs a very efficient operation with a low overhead ratio compared to gross income, resulting in attractive bottom line net income.  Seller financing is potentially available, upon approved credit and background.
