Readings on Faith and Law
We realize that the work of faithful thinking about law school, vocational stewardship, and legal gifts in the kingdom does not start from scratch.Â
This is good news, of course! We learn, in part, through the faithful work and thinking of others. We grow through the wisdom, counsel, mistakes, and successes of those who have walked this path ahead of us.
In short, for most practitioners and students, the process of faithful vocational stewardship will involve reading what others have written in order to take one step at a time toward a Christian understanding of law and legal work.
We have collected some resources that will encourage students in that task:
- Our publications, the Journal of Christian Legal Thought and The Christian Lawyer magazine;
- A list of bibliographies of sources on faith and law; and
- Some of our favorite essays and law review articles for Christian law students.
